Our main office is located in the heart of Kibera, easily accessible from Nairobi city center.

By Public Transport

Take matatu route 32 or 42 from the city center and alight at Kibera Drive. Our office is a 3-minute walk from the stop.

By Car

From Nairobi CBD, take Langata Road and turn left onto Kibera Drive. We have limited parking available.

Walking

From the city center, it's about a 45-minute walk. We recommend taking public transport or a taxi.

You can book directly through our website, by email at bookings@kiberadiaries.com, or by calling +254 700 123456. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

We accept M-Pesa mobile payments, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash (KES or USD). Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

We recommend comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. Cameras are welcome but please ask permission before photographing residents. Leave valuables at your hotel.

You can support us by taking a tour (30% of proceeds fund community projects), purchasing goods from local artisans during your visit, or making a direct donation. Contact us for more information on specific projects.
